About REACH Baltimore
MISSION
To promote the overall well-being of the individuals and families in the communities, we serve by providing accessible, quality mental health services for children, adolescents, and their families. Utilizing a service system that emphasizes trust, respect, confidentiality, and compassion.

REACH, LLC is a Maryland State Licensed, CARF International Accredited Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. REACH, LLC is also a collaborative agency that provides its consumers with access to community and school-based support services for adults, adolescents, and youth.

REACH, LLC. is a private, for-profit, community-based organization that provides Residential, Level III. I housing and support services to homeless men and women and children who suffer from the disease of drug and alcohol addictions and other related issues such as co-occurring mental health disorders, physical challenges, recent incarceration, financial deprivation, illiteracy, and family separation.
REACH Background and History

Since 2008 we have been providing in-school and community-based programs and services. Since the launch of our in-school mentoring programs, we have branched out to become consultants and partners with Baltimore City Schools.

Our body of work consists of writing the blueprint for the BCPSS Re-engagement Center and State Legislation 'HB19' 2015 to implement an Individualize Re-engagement Plan.

We have established partnerships with Baltimore City Mayor's Office, Recreation & Parks, Baltimore City Safe Streets Mediation Program, Department of Juvenile Services (DJS) and other municipal agencies and community-based organizations.

We have ten years of collaborative programs and services such as Operation Safe Kids and Grandparents Raising Grandchildren in Baltimore City Public Schools.
