Community Integration (PRP)
Services provide rehabilitation and support for participants to develop and enhance their community and independent living skills. Services may be provided at a PRP facility (onsite); at a residence, job, or another appropriate location in the community (off-site); or at a combination of the two (blended onsite and off-site).

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)
The program offers group and generally facilitate 6-30 hours a week of programming for addiction treatment. IOP allows the individual to be able to participate in their daily affairs, such as work, and then participate in treatment at an appropriate facility in the morning or at the end of the day. With an IOP, classes, sessions, meetings, and workshops are scheduled throughout the day.

Reduce the number of patients using substances after treatment versus the number of patients who were using substances at admission to treatment by 82%.

HOUSING PLACEMENT

Quick Placement - Housing placement upon verification of eligibility (based on availability).

Highly conducive living conditions with all the amenities expected of a traditional home.

Meals and Nutrition - Meal, meals prep, and nutritional discussions about proper dieting and health maintenance.

House Management - There is a House Manager who meets with Program Managers weekly to suspend discuss house issues/concerns, reactions to daily/weekly consumer situations and to ensure the best living situation for all residents.

Transportation - Provided by REACH to transport clients to and from all therapeutic and counseling sessions. Additionally, transportation is offered for routine visits and program-relevant business.
